Artist statement

“Due to COVID-19 our tour dates have been cancelled for winter and spring 2021. We eagerly await our return to touring and are looking forward to performing our new live show once it is safe to do so. Thank you for your support and patience. Stay well and stay weird.”

Welcome to Night Vale is a twice-monthly podcast in the style of community updates for the small desert town of Night Vale, featuring local weather, news, announcements from the Sheriff's Secret Police, mysterious lights in the night sky, dark hooded figures with unknowable powers, and cultural events.

The all new, never-before-heard show will be a chance for us to bring fans closer, switching audience participation up a notch in a beautiful setting. The Night Vale experience will be brought to you like never before.

Attendance is not mandatory, but the secret police highly recommend it.

Accessible toilets

There are accessible toilets located to the right of the entrance to the auditorium on the ground floor and on the balcony adjacent to the Candleriggs Bar.

Assistance dogs

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome and are allowed in the auditorium.

Hearing loop

This venue does provide audio described performances.

There is a hearing assistance system. The hearing system is infrared. A deposit is required for the sound enhancement system.

Baby changing

There is a baby changing unit within the accessible toilet located to the right of the entrance to the auditorium on the ground floor.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom is located on the 1st floor next to the toilets. There is a £1 charge (only open for events or where a client has requested the facility)

On street, metered parking and nearby multi-storey

Free wifi

There is free public Wifi access. To connect, visitors have to register with the Old Fruitmarket Public Wifi which should pop up on their browser. After that visitors will only need their password for future uses.
