The expiry date is printed on the ticket and from that date cannot be accepted for payment. The date of expiry cannot be amended. Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced should they become lost. If postage is purchased tickets will be posted the next working day and should arrive within 7-10 working days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify the box office before the event if tickets have not arrived in order for us to issue duplicate tickets. Reprints are at the discretion of management.If exchanges are allowed a fee of £1 per ticket will be applicable.Patrons should supply the credit/debit card used to book when collecting tickets at the box office. We reserve the right to refuse ticket collections to patrons who cannot provide reasonable identification.When purchasing/collecting a discounted ticket, patrons must provide adequate proof of concession.Where a special offer applies such as a time or stock limited special offer/promotion, this cannot be applied in retrospect to an existing booking.Only one discount/concession applicable per ticket.Our online booking service displays information on selected seating if a special feature is applicable to that seat. This includes wheelchair and companion positions, and seats which have a restricted view. Purchase of such tickets online indicates acceptance of such features.Management reserve the right to cancel bookings which are reasonably believed to have been booked under fraudulent circumstances.
