Many different people work behind the scenes, keeping our venues running efficiently day to day. The Finance department looks after the Hall's budget, and pay the wages. The Arts and Marketing departments programme our own great promotions and attract an audience to all of our events. The Events team is the first point of contact for those hiring our venues, and they control the diary of what is on and when.
Front of House, Gift Shop, Box Office & Catering
These four departments are the main points of contact for our customers and they excel in customer care. Whether booking tickets, looking for directions or ordering an interval drink these friendly and enthusiastic teams provide a highly efficient service for all customers and make sure that every visit to one of our venues is an immensely enjoyable experience.
The backstage crew play an essential role in the running of our venues. The Stage Crew look after all production requirements and can tackle anything from controlling the sound and light to building stage rostra. The Technical team is invaluable as they control the heating and ventilation and carry out repairs and maintenance. Last but by no means least are the Security staff and their wide list of duties includes ensuring the safety of the building and the people in it.
