Comedian and musician Norman Maclean is known to be a favourite of Sean Connery and Billy Connolly. He discusses his frank and humorous autobiography, The Leper’s Bell, which reveals the man behind the comedy and the crippling horrors of alcoholism.
A living legend in the Gaelic world, his story is both tragic and uplifting, devastating and hilarious, and elegant and heartbreaking. It is one of the most compelling and moving memoirs to appear in recent years.
Please note that this event has had to be cancelled due to Norman Maclean's ill health. The Box Office are in the process of refunding and contacting patrons and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
