The Chinese Community Development Partnership presents a celebration of Chinese New Year. There will be an exhibition on Chinese New Year customs plus arts and craft stalls in the foyers from 5.30pm, including Origami, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese brush painting, chopsticks games, Chinese knotting, Chinese food tasting, lantern riddle and windmill. The evening’s main stage performance in the Strathclyde Suite will begin at 6.30pm and feature; a lion dance, Chinese dance, Tai Chi fan dance, Scottish fiddle music with Highland dancing, Cantonese opera, break dance and the Money God show.
