The Soldiers, three servicemen who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan, released their debut album, Coming Home in October this year. Sergeant Major Gary Chilton, Sergeant Richie Maddocks and Lieutenant Corporal Ryan Idzi recorded the album during a break in their military duties and it features a range of covers including He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother, by The Hollies, and Eric Clapton’s Tears in Heaven. Following the fantastic success of the album, which has phenomenally dominated the charts, The Soldiers are now ready to embark on a 24 date national tour starting in March. The trio are also releasing their much anticipated Christmas single A Soldiers Christmas Letter on the 9th of December.
