The RT Shepherd and Son International Quartet Competition returns for another year with the 2009 Champions ScottishPower Pipe Band returning to defend their title from an international bevy of challengers. With St Laurence O’Toole from Dublin, Bagad Cap Caval from Brittany and Inveraray and District from the West Coast plus some still to be announced this will be a fantastic night of piping!
