Body & Soul Fairs are ideal for those interested in sampling the worlds of natural health and spirituality. There is a wide range of complementary therapies on offer. Enjoy a relaxing massage or participate in one of the many demonstrations and free talks. Our talks are informative and enjoyable and cover a wide range of topics in the mind, body and spirit field. Stroll around over 70 unique stalls, ideal for finding gifts, including silver and crystal jewellery, candles, incense and aromatherapy products. There is also a selection of clairvoyents, tarot readers and astrologers.

Special guest Chrissie Astell, author of Advice from Angels, Discovering Angels and Gifts from the Angels, will hold a workshop, Angels, Ascension and Abundance, from 1pm-3pm on Sunday. Chrissie has been teaching, as a spiritual facilitator, how to connect with angels for over a decade and believes that there is so much more to learn about working with angelic presence all around us. Abundance, joy, health and wellbeing are our gifts. All we have to do is be open to the energies surrounding us and work with the power of the light. How easy is it to do that when the world around us can seem dark and difficult?

This session will demonstrate with you the power of raising your own vibration so that you too can be on the path of ascension. Learn how to protect your own energies while you keep on rising! The workshop will include a powerful cleansing and purification angel meditation for guidance and protection, and a free meditation CD to keep.
