Legendary pianist Mose Allison embodies musical versatility, given his equally brilliant career in jazz, blues and as a songwriter. His boogie woogie and bebop-laden piano style is innovative and fresh and with songs that have been recorded by The Who, Leon Russell and Bonnie Raitt, Allison remains one of the finest songwriters of the last 60 years.
