Rock and roll icon, legendary former Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman’s latest musical rebirth as the driving force behind the fabulous Rhythm Kings sees him return to his musical roots.
This set of virtuoso musicians superbly bring back to life the kind of classic rhythm and blues that first inspired Wyman to pick up the guitar as a teenager. Joining him on his 32 date UK tour are the legendary musicians; Albert Lee, Beverley Skeete, Graham Broad, Garaint Watkins, Georgie Fame, Terry Taylor, Nick Payn and Frank Mead. A show imbued with absolute quality.
“The whole idea behind the band was to play music that we love and I think you can hear and feel that on our records. Playing live, doing gigs, means everybody in the band does it for the same reasons as I do; to have a good time and send the crowd home with smiles on their faces” says Wyman.
