Don't worry we have plenty more current events to choose from.

Welcome in the New Year in traditional Viennese style with the RSNO’s annual celebration of waltzes, polkas, mazurkas and arias – led, of course, by the music of the ‘Waltz King’ – Johann Strauss Junior.
Let David Danzmayr, the RSNO’s Austrian Assistant Conductor, take you on a wonderful journey through a fine collection of your traditional Viennese favourites, including Blue Danube Waltz, Annen Polka, Overture to Die Fledermaus, Pizzicato Polka and much more. Plus guest soloist Claire Rutter, joins the Orchestra to perform the arias Meine Lippen, Sie küssen so heiss, Vilja from The Merry Widow and Sei nicht bos (Don’t be Cross!) from the comic opera Der Obersteiger.
