RSNO - The 10:11 Season Great Concertos: The Emperor

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall : Main Auditorium

Please Note: This is a past event event.

Don't worry we have plenty more current events to choose from.

Beethoven lays all his cards on the table with the grandest, most stirring piano concerto he ever wrote. As poetic as he is brilliant, the masterly British pianist Paul Lewis is one of today’s greatest Beethoven interpreters. And melody, excitement and invention are in abundance in both Roussel’s famous and colourful ballet score and Connesson’s spectacular Aleph.
