In November, we move to Oran Mor, where we welcome the extraordinary young Finnish violinist, Pekka Kuusisto.

Since winning the Sibelius Violin Competition at the age of nineteen, Pekka’s intensity, enthusiasm and virtuosity have stunned audiences around the world.

Classical music has too few mavericks. So we should cherish Pekka Kuusisto, who… mesmerized audiences like a latter-day Pied Piper… he’s a huge, charismatic talent. (The Times)
