Don't worry we have plenty more current events to choose from.

Originally, appropriately entitled Fantastic Dances, Rachmaninov’s final work is a heady mix of energetic rhythmic dances and the gorgeous, lyrical melodies that are so typical of the great Russian. The superb French violinist Renaud Capuçon performs Prokofiev’s Concerto No1.

Not since the emergence of Vengerov and Repin has such an exciting young violinist come my way. (International Record Review)
