Get your teeth into the new Season! The RSNO’s sell-out sampler concert is back for another Season… and this time there’s a feast in store! Join Stéphane, David and the Orchestra for an early evening menu of highlights from the new Season.
Stéphane has added a tasty selection to his playlist, including bites by Beethoven, Ravel and Tchaikovsky and music including:
Stravinsky’s incredible Firebird
Dvorák’s brilliant Slavonic Dances
Strauss’ famous fanfare from 2001: A Space Odyssey
Prokofiev’s awesome Romeo and Juliet (theme from the BBC’s The Apprentice)
and Elgar’s gorgeous Nimrod, from the Enigma Variations
Selected, conducted and introduced by Stéphane Denève, with David Danzmayr.
