A diverse mix of light classics, jazz, big band and music from the shows will be performed by the critically acclaimed musicians from the Royal Air Force. Musical highlights will include Walton’s Crown Imperial, Goodwin’s A Bridge Too Far, Gershwin’s Summertime and Parry’s Jerusalem, plus special performances by The RAF Squadronaires and The Salon Orchestra of the Central Band of the RAF.

With a triumphant finale, reminiscent of the Last Night of the Proms, this is a concert for all the family to enjoy. Join us for an irresistible musical journey to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Royal Air Force.

Actor Ian Lavender, best known for playing Private Frank Pike in Dad’s Army, and a stint as Derek Harkinson in EastEnders will be compere for the first half.
