Glasgow Phoenix Choir We'd Like to Teach the World to Sing

The Glasgow Phoenix Choir will be conducted by Marilyn J Smith and accompanied by Cameron Murdoch in a concert with something for everyone, which will range from the One Solo Voice, to the ‘Massed Choirs’ of around 500 singers in our themed concert – ‘We’d Like to teach the World to Sing’.

Joining the choir will be Eve Graham of The New Seekers fame who was the voice on ‘I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing in the famous Coca-Cola advert.

The choir also welcome the young stars of the Training Choir of Inverclyde Schools along with their older colleagues the well known Inverclyde Schools Junior Choir who have been finalists in the BBC/Sainsbury’s Choir of the Year Competition. The young singers of Castlehead Primary School, Junior and Senior Choirs and the St Agnes’s Primary School

Senior Choir will also join the choir making it an evening to remember!
