Legendary bandleader Ray McVay swings into Glasgow to direct the UK’s most renowned big band for a nostalgic journey back to the forties with chart topping war time hits such as We’ll Meet Again, That’s Amore and I’ve Got You Under My Skin, plus Glenn Miller favourites Little Brown Jug and Pennsylvania 65,000.
The orchestra will perform the second half of the concert in the World War II uniforms of the US army Air Force.
