Musical Fantasies

An evening of ever-changing musical pictures as Glazunov’s fantasy of stormy seas and shifting oceans gives way to the most beautiful and popular of violin concertos, Bruch’s G Minor. Leopold Stokowski’s brilliant and spectacular arrangement of Pictures at an Exhibition follows.

And who better to conduct it than José Serebrier, who watched, learned and conducted at Stokowski’s side?

6:45pm Pre-concert talk with Katherine Wren (RSNO Viola).

Tickets: £32, £24, £17.50, £13, £10
