The Great Concertos

The RSNO’s introductions to Roussel in the concert hall and on CD have thrilled audiences across the nation and won major awards around the world.

This evening they explore his pastoral and impressionistic Poem of the Forest.

Plus Steven Osborne, one of Scotland’s most renowned classical soloists, performs his favourite concerto: Brahms’ intense, moving and dramatic Second Piano Concerto.
