Hailed by The Times as ‘music’s new star’, young Scottish virtuoso Nicola Benedetti burst onto the international music scene after winning the title 2004 BBC Young Musician of the Year. She has since signed a £1m record deal with Deutsche Grammophon and has performed previously with the RSNO, most recently at the Last Night of the ScottishPower proms.
