The self-proclaimed Andy Warhol of contemporary music, Michael Daugherty spans the worlds of pop and classical with results that are both scintillating and enormous fun. His Metropolis Symphony is a kaleidoscopic homage to the city of Superman, Lex Luthor and Lois Lane. Another provocative programme from Principal Guest Conductor, Garry Walker.
