Essence of Beauty - Italian Art Concerts String Quartet with Oboe and Bassoon

Hear a chamber orchestra perform music from Italian composers, including Puccini, Verdi and Rota. Ticket price includes private view of our Italian art exhibition.
This intimate concert takes place right outside the Exhibition space and is one of a series inspired by a major new exhibition The Essence of Beauty: 500 years of Italian Art, which runs from 6th April – 12 August 2012 at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
The performances are supported by The Italian Cultural Institute, Edinburgh and partners.
Doors open for the Italian Art exhibition at 6pm. The concert will begin at 7.30pm prompt.
