A lavishly decorated theatre style auditorium, the Grand Hall is the largest space at City Halls and has fixed seating throughout. It features raked seating and a balcony and can hold up to 1,036 people.
With world-renowned orchestral acoustics, the primary function of the Grand Hall is as a performance venue but it can also be used for conferences and award ceremonies.
Large spectacular stained glass windows flood the venue with natural light during the day, however these can be blacked out on request.
