Recital Room
The Recital Room is a charming room at City Halls which was "discovered" during the refurbishments of the building. With high vaulted ceilings, light coloured wooden floors, and large arched windows which allow natural light to flow into the room, the Recital Room was really a gem of a discovery.
As is expected with high ceilings and wooden floors, the Recital Room has a highly resonant acoustic. The room does not have a full lighting rig, but has beautiful modern chandeliers and up-lighters which can be set to different colours. Although the Recital Room suits acoustic concerts, a PA can be brought in to the room should your concert require amplification.
